I'm 5' 2" and even with some of the adjustments on the car seats my neck still wasn't supported and this is just perfect for that and my passengers like it as well. They are easy to put on as this pair has a stretchable strap to put it right on and it shows in the back. I got a pair for my BMW and it looks like it came with the car. I purchased them for all 3 of my cars....one is a little convertible (MR2) and it really made a difference. They are so inexpensive why not get a couple of pairs
