These bracelets look and feel great however it is impossible to disconnect The sections from the main bracelet to make sure they fit you. We had three adults trying to do it to no avail. We watched a video and read instructions and it was still not working. I think they should either come pre-adjusted or use a different technology. I can’t imagine people with hand problems doing this on their own. Will be returning the product and looking for something else.

Can’t say if this has any health benefits as yet as only just started to wear. I did buy a ring at the same time and although my hand is sore I would definitely state that my fingers are easier to move in a morning and but as ache. I did contemplate taking this to a jeweller to remove links but thought I’d give it a go. Although fiddly, my son held a torch and I managed it quite well. Took two lots of links out (I do have a skin wrist). I took two from the clasp the an additional two then replaced the clasp. Probably the long way round but i then had something to grasp when putting the pin back in.

First of all this is the second bracelet I have bought from RainSo. The quality is excellent, nothing cheap here. Regardless of the pain relief they are absolutely beautiful bracelets which anyone would love. The clasps are very good, you will not lose these. They don't tarnish, I wear mine all the time even in the shower. For anyone who is looking for real pain relief with a touch of glam, look no further. You will not be disappointed!!!
