This was a great liner for under our beach towels to help keep the sand off. I wouldn't call it a blanket, hence the 4 stars, because it is extremely thin. On the upside that thinness is what allows it to be so portable. Overall iI'm glad I purchased it, but like I said it is very thin so I would bring something more comfortable to sit on.

I received my XXXL Beach Blanket and I was impressed. We were surprised at how large this is since it packs down so small in its built-in carry pouch. As an expat living in Bahrain, we are surrounded by beaches and this comes in just super handy. Wife, Friends and I will use this often. Like the picture on the Amazon site, we tried this out on the beach here, spread it out, laid out our towels, filled the 6 pockets with sand to keep the blanket in place (Smart idea) and put our keys and cell phones in the zippered valuables pocket (again - Smart). The blanket keeps the sand from getting on our towels and works as described. What a great all around product. Worked well on the beach. Didn't have any sand come through the material when laying on it. Dries pretty fast too if you get it wet.

I have had my blanket for about a week now and my kids and I love it! I took my daughters to the park the other day to try it out on the grass and it made a perfect picnic spot. Super spacious, plenty of room for all three of us and our bags and a couple of toys. We've taken it to the beach and it's great. The sand really doesn't stick which is great because my kids haven't mastered the whole "don't kick sand on the blanket" thing yet! I love the zippered pocket for my keys! I also love that the blanket can be folded up and fit into a small pack so it's super easy to bring with you to the beach or the park! I've recommended this to a few friends and would to anyone who loves being outdoors! I love it!!

Recently took this to the beach. Opened it up on a windy day and once the sandbags were filled, it stayed flat. Several friends put their beach towels on top of it and enjoyed being able to sit together. It is a great barrier for the sand. Sand bags empty easily and it all packs back into the carrying pouch. I am traveling soon with my dogs and I think this will find great use to protect the furniture in the hotel room. I had looked at several items like this and had thought I had gotten on one where the sand goes through the material. It does not. But that as fine. Meant sand would not be coming up through it. And sand that gets on the blanket can be easily brushed off.

Very fast shipping, I received it within a few days! It's huge but easy to roll and fold and store back in the storage pouch. It definitely is large enough for more than two adult size people. So far I love it. It is light weight and hassle-free. We tried it at a local park where we take our dogs and found you can get rid of all the sand and debris from the soft Nylon material with a simple shake. It has plenty of pockets around the edges to anchor with sand or something heavy to keep from blowing away or to smartly store items like phone, sunscreen, water bottle, etc. Great for many uses. Very pleased with this purchase. Looking forward to using it at the beach and as a picnic blanket.
