Q: Why do they not charge when I change the batteries we have tried everything

We have Ansten ADH300 headphones from 2018 and at some point the rechargeable batteries that came with it stopped holding a charge, and this is expected of any rechargeable batteries that can only be cycled so many times. We just got some AAA rechargeable batteries and a charger and have been using them and it works out great because can always have a spare set fully charged so its just a minute or so to pop fresh ones in and its good to go.
