Aloha Spice Company `Alaea Red Hawaiian Sea Salt (Fine)

This salt gave my kalua pork a hit of Hawaii flavors.

Has great flavor on my pulled pork packed in a re-sealed bag I don't know what I was expecting I was thinking there would be a little more than a handful of salt that my fault did not read the description well enough but still a good deal Will see if I can find it locally

Best salt ever

I use this to sprinkle a pinch over our homemade popcorn. It adds a lot of taste and not like regular salt, almost a sweet tang salty taste. Hard to explain but definitely try this. I also sometimes add a pinch to my mashed potatoes and my baked salmon. And this is the cheapest price I have ever found. I paid $25 for the last bag I purchased so when I saw this price in Amazon I was in shock.

This salt is wonderful and makes the dish Kalua Pork taste just like it does on the islands. I will definitely purchase this again and again.

I was amazed at how such a small amount of this salt actually flavored a lot of meat sufficiently.

Loved the flavor. used it along with other spices for a chicken rub.

Very nicely packaged in resealable zip lock pouch. The salt was much redder than I expected, quite salty and cooked up nicely in my kaluha pork recipe.
