UPDATE: Customer service
The BakerStone pizza oven is heavier than I originally thought it would be. That's to be expected considering that the insides are basically constructed of pizza stones surrounded by a well designed metal frame. It took me about one hour to assemble, not an especially difficult job with a good video online showing the process. A few problems right off however. Screw holding the long spatula handle fell out. Internal threads were too short to secure screw. The morning following my first cook, the cover disintegrated at the corner. Very strange, not like it tore, more like it just shredded. I called customer service and they were great. Sort of. Still waiting for replacement parts over a month now.But on to my first BakerStone pizza. The oven fit snugly on top of my small four burner propane grill. I turned all four burners on high. Twenty minutes later, 650-700 degrees on my heat gun. My store bought dough, rolled out, sauced, covered with cheese and pepperoni went in. Turned with broken spatula for a few minutes and out comes pizza. Not great, but okay. Especially after my ignoring most on-line videos about pizza making. I look foward to more homemade pizza. In a concern about propane use, I turned off the two outside burners. 15 minutes later oven had dropped to 600-650 degrees. Still made reasonable pizza. So overall, this is a well-made oven, sturdy, heats well, which may use a bit of propane (with four burners). It will see more pizza making from me. Customer service was good and responsive, but I'm still waiting for minor parts.==> UPDATE: 9/8/24I got this the first week of June. Upon assembly spatula was defecrive. Screw would not hold it together. The cover disintegrated. Notified company in emails and two phone calls. They responded they would replace items. Now three months later, one more email to company, nothing. Have given up. Sounds to me to be pretty bad customer service. Just so you know.

Happy with his gift
I gave this to my son for his birthday. He and his son use their grill a lot during the summer -- and pizza makes a regular appearance in their house, so I thought that this would be a big hit. It was!I can't vouch for the assembly because I wasn't there at the time.

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t get hotter that 400 degrees on our grill. The customer service is horrible and know nothing about this product on the phone. Emails go unanswered. We will be returning this. Don’t buy

Works Great and good value for Money!
I like the larger size and the complete set of stones that holds the heat better. You much preheat at full burner setting. I removed the heat shields over the burners which improved the high heat. Using a four burner grill with the box centered. Convenient and adds a new element to the cookout selections without the big expense of a dedicated pizza oven.

Fantastic Product
High quality product. Needs a little assembly, but once assembled works great on my 4 burner grill. High temp makes perfect crust. Family loves making there own personal pizza.

As noted in many reviews the stones crack after a few uses
I used this product twice and was sensitive to reviews about the stones in the product cracking. Especially the lower cooking stone. Well, it did in fact crack during the second use. In all fairness the company will replace the bottom stone for free. But, what's the point. Two more uses and replace again? They need to beef up the stone.

Be patient and have all the right tools before doing any cooking!
Best bang for the buck I found for making (the closest to anyway) pizzas/calzones/Stromboli's vs an actual dedicated pizza oven at a fraction of the cost! So far I love this thing. -1 star as I believe they could have put some insulating in the top to increase/hold better high top heat (that would be perfect).Tips:1. OPEN the box right away! Make sure nothings broken and all parts are there. #1 gripe and bad reviews are about this.2. Take your time and "carefully" assemble this and I recommend using a towel or something soft to keep the stones on until installed. They are frageelee!3. DON'T tighten anything down completely! These stones expand when heated and cooled so be careful. Now for cooking:1. Give yourself at least 20-25 (more if it's windy or cold out) minutes for this thing to heat up to a good temp. I don't rely on the temp gauge that's equipped. Get a separate thermo gun for that.5. Have "everything ready" before you even attempt putting anything in this guy! It likely cooks faster than you are used to as I found out quickly. Think high broiler in your oven BUT hotter! You can't turn your back or walk away when cooking at temp. Don't be scared but just pay attention.6. Get to know and love semolina flour and or cornmeal. Whatever you like.7. Keep toppings to a minimum.8. You will probably burn the 1st few attempts if you are like me! So have extra dough or crusts ready.9. If you make a mess (you will ;) allow time to keep this hot "after" cooking. It'll burn everything to dust which you can later (AFTER it's cooled down!) sweep, wipe and or blow the dust out just like a cast iron skillet. The bottom stone WILL get stained. This is normal. It's a good idea to have a small flashlight to see what's actually goin on in real light and real time.Pizza's only take a few minutes and need to be turned every 30-40 seconds or so.Calzones and stromboli's take about the same maybe a touch more (depending on your crust pref) time and need the same attention.I'm not sure this "kit" is worth $200 at the time I'm writing this that's up to you.I hope this helps at least one people. Good luck, be patient, have fun and enjoy ;)
