Does the purple tallit have the blue thread/cord in the tassels? Also, which four prayers are placed on the four corners of the shawl?

I’m not sure, I ordered the blue one, as a gift, & was extremely satisfied with it. I apologize but I don’t remember which prayers were at the corners, however they were viewable when I looked at it before buying so you should be able to see them.

How do i wash the tallit? there is a card saying to wash it before use but no instructions on how to wash it. can i put it in the dryer?

Hand wash, cold water, lightly wring dry. Line dry, or very low/air dry Dryer setting. 
Very low Iron if needed. I hope that helps your Precious Prayer Shawl.
