After reading a bunch of reviews we were afraid that the item might be low quality or just doesn't work somehow. But it's surprisingly much better than expected. The wooden pieces are well made and smooth, maybe it's got a few strands in the holes, but you can sand those down if you want. Definitely a softer and lighter wood but still works perfectly well. The pieces themselves all work great, even the bells do actually ding. I remember a toy like this from my childhood and this one is just like it. Very satisfied with this purchase

Got this for my 6 year old grandson and we had a blast with it when we recieved it.It is well made and although the instructions are a bit challenging we managed to geta cool maze built and enjoyed the process.

I saw this and just knew my 6 year old Granddaughter would love it. I was right! I wish you could have seen the smile on her face.The only negative thing I have to say is about the shipping from Amazon. They did not put the item in a box. They just slapped labels and shipping information all over the box. I was tempted to return this since it was a gift but my daughter said it was ok as it was. I hope this is not to become an Amazon standard practice.

Great item! The only thing I would add is a few thinner pieces to help with the downward action so marbles don't stop on straight level. Otherwise really love this product!

Sturdy because they are solid wood. Not sturdy because they fall over pretty easily if any pressure is put on it. It's easy enough that my little guy can assemble it (unlike that super expensive brand). It's a lot cheaper than the other guys so I would still recommend it. Just don't build it super tall or on anything other than the floor lol

My grandsons LOVE this. It’s easy to use and they have so much fun.
