Has plenty of amperage and cleans up wiring. One power brick. YA!

I bought this thing to avoid having to juggle the large (but reliable) UniFi PoE bricks in my home closet. I've hooked this up and as far as I can tell the UniFi devices (UniFi AP-AC-In Wall) are stable, and from my tests I appear to be getting the same speeds with or without the PoE controller in the mix. It may not be ideal if you have devices that don't support 48V (was hoping to put a MikroTik switch on it as well, but they only support up to 28V and I'm not brave enough to run that experiment). In my case, I don't so no issues. Short story: works, very compact, ideal for controlling a fleet of identical devices that run off 48V.

I love this 8 port PoE injector. I have used several of these, and all have been rock solid. There is one enhancement that I'd love to see: remote control over the ports' PoE power. It would be really cool if this injector had its own IP and web interface and I could cycle power on any or all of the ports at my workstation. Very helpful when patch panels and devices are not conveniently located. Not a negative comment, but just something for a wish list...

Really works well. Can use power supply that I need. Not replacing poe routers.
