I came from a large family but live alone. I have yet to learn how to cook for one instead of 7. Having a seal-a-meal with sturdy bags help me save all the leftovers. There is no waste and I have wonderful, single sized portions anytime. This is a HUGE money saver! Love these bags!

I love it for sous vide.

These bags are just the right size for most of the foods I preserve using the vacuum sealer. I use them with the Neeyer vacuum sealer which I purchased from Amazon as well. The bags seal well...most of the time. The only issue I have had is when vacuum sealing ground beef. I used the wet setting so not as much air would release from the bag, also drawing out the liquid from the beef itself. This is probably more of a vacuum sealer issue than a bag issue, however it does draw out some of the liquid and then the bag doesn't always get a tight seal. This could be user error as well, however I have not had issues with any other foods. I will continue to work on my technique with this one and hopefully it is just user error. Overall, these bags work great with my Neeyer vacuum sealer and are just the right size.

Worth every penny. Even if you have never used one before you will be a pro after first time using it. Meat to freeze for long time or leftovers you may not want to eat until 2 or 3 weeks later. This will do it. I use 8 by 11inch bags.

Don't have sealer very long and it isn't something we use to often and already broken. Seals but won't vacuum

Like that it seals food and has different size bags, but it does not suck out the air as advertised
