BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE:I too am in the e-commerce business and "the customer is always right, even when they're wrong," What I got, for whatever reason, was not what I needed. This is a medical product, not fashion. It does not work for me. After a couple of contacts, they still refuse to make good on it. I proposed a trade in for what I need and to pay the balance but to NO Success! The reason I bought through Amazon is to have protection from companies like this.NOT IMPRESSIVE AMAZON and people will know about if it's not resolved soon!!
