This is my 6 year old's first personal camera and my kids are pretty rough with their things so the fact that it has lasted well for the first week is great. We've used it under water at the beach, water park, and pool and the camera is still intact thanks to the waterproof cover. We've also used it at home of course and playing outside. The camera has a lot of storage before needing to have pictures and videos moved to another storage space. There are simple games (not the reason I bought it). I'd estimate that it must be re-charged after about 2-3 hours of constant use which, for me, is a bonus because it naturally gives my child a break from technology. Updating after 3.5 months of frequent use: The camera is still a good fit for the cost, and at the same time, you get what you pay for. It has been randomly freezing with no buttons that are able to change the interface image or turn off the camera. We've resorted to waiting for the camera to run out of battery and die, recharging it, and turning it on again. Then it is usable. I'd say this random freezing (I say random because my kids aren't holding down buttons or pushing too many at one time or pushing more than one button at a time) happens once a week or more.

Shipping was fast, the product came as advertised and is a good value for money. My grandkids will enjoy waterproof case.

It does work underwater, but past 30-35 feet the pressure becomes too much and the buttons no longer work. That said, it went to 70 feet and came out unscathed. The case it comes in kept water out nicely too. As for actual picture quality, it's probably about what you expect, but if you're not concerned about fine details and just want a quick, low-hassle point-and-shoot, it gets the job done.

4.5 stars This works surprisingly well despite how small it is. My 8 year old loves to make mermaid videos with it! It’s perfect for what she uses it for and the quality isn’t bad either! Haven’t tried to transfer the videos to a phone or nothing yet so I can’t speak of that quality. But overall cute fun camera for underwater.
