This tool is really as small as described
This ratchet is perfect for getting into hard to reach spots, the longer handle gives great leverage. The handle is comfortable in my hand, and is of high quality. Yes, the head is really the size of an average pinky finger!

Compact head long reach
This is great for teaching into tight spaces. The ratchet head is miniscule and the fine tooth mechanism seems well up to the job.

Selector switch is disappointing
Seems quite well made overall, though the selector switch is very stiff and seems to jam a lot. I'm not sure how to dissemble this one to oil, so can't even inspect the internals. I added some singer oil to hopefully seep in, but out of the box, the switch is the worst of the many ratchets I own.
