横幅はかなりあります。３０cmの牛刀を入れても充分な余裕があります。プロではないですが、肉好きが高じてグレステンの庖丁が長い間に増えてきました、そろそろこういうのがあった方が研ぎに出すときも楽かと思い、思い切って買いました。鍵付きでしっかりとした作りでした。なんとスイス製！
