Damaged product.
The product I received was a damaged product. The door locks broke within 1 use. I couldn't even return the product as I didn't have the original packing. But it was a waste of money. 2 locks are already broken. I don't know how to use the carrier now.

Easily breaks if you're pet is a tad bit strong and big.
So, the day I got the carrier the latch on top of the carrier that has a small feed hole broke off while opening. Honestly,it's quite a flimsy material for a cat who weighs more than 5 kgs. The plastic is quite delicate and few parts break easy due to the easily bending plastic.A few months after using the carrier, one side of it broke when my 4kg cat jumped onto the carrier from the table which rendered it useless. For the amount paid, this was so not worth it.
