Q: Do they mirror each other or are they identical?

They are identical and reversible you could put one in each corner. I only used one in the back and I’m saving the other one for when it needs to be replaced.

Q: Are these removable? How?

The adhesive is very sticky so they are not intended to be removed. If you pull hard enough it will come off and you can scrape off any leftover adhesive.
