Q: Most of the reviews i've just read were based on only 1 to a few uses. How is this product performing after Several Months of use?

I've been using it since November 2020 (its now March 2021) and have noticed a dramatic change in the amount of hair i was losing. I was using pureology and i LOVED that product, BUT with every wash I was losing a HUGE wad of hair. I was losing hair that equaled the size of a quarter if balled up. NOW after switching to this product, my hair loss is smaller than a dime. I was really worried about MORE hair loss, because I got covid in January and many people reported losing tons of hair with getting sick, but this shampoo/cond partnered with biotin supplements has kept my hair from thinning a good deal. I am going to reorder this month, and also try the peppermint version for hair growth. IMO this PREVENTS the hair from shedding. I haven't seen hair GROWTH per se..but I haven't really been focused on growth, Just focused on not losing hair. I do like the conditioner because the shampoo sort of leaves your hair dry feeling (at least it does mine but my hair is processed) and the conditioner leaves my hair feeling silky and smooth. I like that. :) Hope this helps.

Q: Will this shampoo and conditioner strip off hair coloring dyes?

I have my hair professionally colored & highlighted and this shampoo & conditioner did not strip my color.

Q: So far these products arehelpful. what would happen if i stop using them? will my hair start to fall out again or these products are treating hair? ty

Using these products I did not notice any difference in my hair, discontinued use did not adversely affect my color treated hair.

Q: Does this product have fragrance?

The shampoo smells somewhat nasty, but the smell doesn’t linger. I don’t smell “fragrance” (perfume). The conditioner lists “natural fragrance” as the final ingredient, but it smells STRONGLY perfumed with a persistent perfume. So I now question what the company means by “natural fragrance.” There are probably no legal standards for that, so I question its veracity. In other words, we consumers think “natural fragrance” means essential oils, and NOT petroleum-based perfume. Manufacturers selling a product may have a different definition they are not sharing with us. I will be requesting a refund and an explanation.
