The media could not be loaded.  Grohe was once tied to the German fixture manufacturer hansgrohe, but over fifty years ago the two companies separated and now both German companies are at the top of the plumbing fixture quality ladder. Grohe has fine finishes. Their chrome finish is especially renowned for its lustrous gleam. This three-hole bathroom sink set from Grohe is beautifully designed and has an exquisite chrome finish. I will usually avoid chrome for a more expensive matte finish. But Grohe's StarLight chrome is in a class all of its own, and I will gladly have it in my bathrooms.Grohe stands with hansgrohe, American Standard, Delta, Moen and a few other manufacturers at the top of the plumbing fixture value/quality ladder. They're not the most expensive maker of fixtures, but their fixtures can't be beat in functional quality. There are more avant gard designs, there are more unique looks, but Grohe won't be beaten on quality of valves and finishes or longevity of fixtures.This is simply a beautiful three-hole set (three hole because it has separate faucet and hot and cold handles, requiring three holes in your sink or counter base). All required components for installation are included. Notice that the water flow isn't perfectly vertical, but angles forward.

This was my first time working with a Grohe product and I was impressed with every stage of the process.The packaging was some of the best that I have seen. Everything was securely wrapped and nothing appeared to have move nor have any damage. This set includes the faucet, two handles along with the water connections, and the pop-up drain assembly. It was a nice bonus not to need to buy separate water connections as many of the other brands require.The first thing you will notice is how heavy the box is when you lift it up. The faucet and handles have a substantial feel in your hands. Grohe must have used a large amount of metal in this set. The feel of the chrome finish is best described as touching luxury.The installation took around 40 minutes from start to end. Most of the time was wasted trying to remove the old faucet. The actual install was fairly quick, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I ran into an minor leak with the pop up install. The tailpipe provided with this faucet is metal and you will need to make sure to use teflon tape or pipe dope otherwise it will leak. The instructions didn't mention anything about tape or dope.We're extremely happy with how it looks in our bathroom and we would highly recommend it to anybody that is looking for a high quality luxurious faucet.--------Update. 1/31/2023I've own this product for about a year and it has started to develop a crack at the top of the spout. I reached out to support and they blame it on a cleaning agent that removed the polish. That is a completely made up excuse. I have never once put any cleaning agent on the spout, at most I would wipe it with some water and a towel. I would not recommend this product anymore.

As a DIY enthusiast, I have come to love and rely on the quality and design of Grohe fixtures. The Starlight Chrome is my favorite finish for fixtures and I was really excited about replacing the old gold fixtures in the master bath of our new home with this gleaming modern look.Install was a breeze. Everything is packaged separately, the picture instructions are clear and pieces go together smoothly. I did end up calling Grohe because I had two washers to go under the handles (one rubber, one cork) and had no idea which order they needed to be in. I was told that the cork washer is just for use if you need additional thickness for the washer.Everything in the kit is solid and heavy. The connections between the two faucets does have a rubber/plastic connection which I was surprised by but I'm going to trust that Grohe knows what they are doing.The flow of water is great, the faucet angles the water toward you so you aren't bumping the back of the sink, the handles move smoothly and I just love the clean modern look.I will be replacing all the plumbing fixtures in our new home with Grohe fixtures and love how easy they make it for the homeowner to tackle themselves.

I have used Grohe in the past outside of the US (middle east), and the quality and reputation is second to none. Here in the states it seems to have less of the market share as apparent by visiting big box stores and seeing the lines they carry. Nevertheless Grohe is always leading in attractive new design cues in every one of their product lines. This particular widespread bathroom sink faucet features subtle and clean lines which can integrate well into any bathroom theme or décor. Its sure to go well if you are just updating a faucet or functional replacement or if you are designing your new home with something to complement the new aesthetics. This set includes the 3 piece widespread fixture and all necessary hardware and plumbing to replace your old unit. Instructions are included as well with simple diagrams. A very nice outer finish complements these easy to use levers. You know it will last because its made by Grohe, so performance is also top notch. Made in Mexico.

This is a premium quality fixture, which was a huge upgrade to our outdated faucet.This is no cheap feeling, hollow "metal" device. It is hefty and sturdy, and I believe it will last and continue looking great! Some chrome finishes look cheap, but this one looks very nice, stands out with its sleek design.We already had a widespread setup, so we didn't have to do much for installation. All the parts are included, and were easy to install with the included instructions.~~I hope you found this REAL review helpful to you!~~

This is the 2nd grohe faucet we’ve installed, upgrading from “builder grade”. This faucet it heavy and all the interior parts are metal. My husband installed it without problems or leaking. It slipped into the previously drilled out holes in our quartz vanity and really elevates the look in our bathroom. The finish is shiny and easy to polish
