Good quality geography workbook. Easy to work in for my freshman, but she develops a solid understanding of the geopolitical, regional and cultural features of Africa. She's been doing these since 5th grade and enjoys them. So far she has completed North America, Europe, Asia, and South America.

Is a great resource, can be used alone or as an intro to go more in depth into different aspects. Maps are just what I wanted!

I have all of the older Evan-Moor continent unit books, and frankly, I like them more than these new ones. There are many more "core focused" activities in this book, but the pages are filled with text. There are fewer creative projects as well. At $20, these books are much more expensive as well. The pro's for this book are: it is much larger than the older copies, with many more activities to choose from. I am using selections to supplement a unit study we are doing, and I have plenty of activities available to drive home any number of geographical topics. That said, I do have a copy of the old Africa book, and most of the activities I am planning are coming from it.
