Stopped working!

Not impressed. Just after couple of months of usage the machine stopped working without the cord

I’ve had all sorts of trimmers… Wahl, Remington, Norelco, Manscaped, etc. this is the best I’ve ever had, it cuts closer, and doesn’t pull hardly at all! Feels very well made, I actually like the weight, it is well balanced. Definitely can’t beat the price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I have bought 2 of these, My husband lost the charger cord to the first one and he really liked it so I ended up ordering him a new one.

They looked like they were going to be amazing but, they're not. I used them to shave my face and I also used the 1/4" attachment to cut my hair. The plastic attachment pieces constantly fall off, they are extremely hard to click them in place and even when you get them to click in place, they call off. I was in the middle of cutting my hair and the damn attachment fell off and I didn't catch it I'm time and ended up getting a bald strip. I had to shave my entire head to make it even.. I was really hopeful and it came with an extra steel head. It leaves a lot of stragglers behind and the clips pop off constantly..

I ordered this razor on 2/2/23. 2 weeks ago it turned on when I plugged in for charging. would not shut off. Ran til the battery died and has been dead ever since. I loved the product right up to it's point of failure. Does the manufacturer stand behind this product?
