I have used this bag three times a week for five monthsStill I’m great shape

While I haven't used it yet I. Sure it will do what I expect the quality is amazing

Just received the bag today and the gloves immediately tore. I filled the bag with old clothes and quart bags of rice in the center. The bag weighs about 50 lbs. We will hang it and start using it. Based on the chains and hangers I didn't want to fill it with any more. I will update this review when I start using the bag.

I assumed this bag had some weight to it. I have. I idea how to fill it or what with and I feel it is misleading to sell a “heavy bag” with no weight inside

Nope. Nope. Nope. Gloves are awful. Buckles that hold bag up are ill prepared for the weight they bare. Don't be like me and try to save a buck on this.

Overall great product... but I would suggest including instructions on how to put together & tips on how much sand or other suggestions on what to use to substitute sand... We used a 20 lb sand bag in the middle & surrounded by old clothes & blankets... Works wonderfully.
