I've made a lot of mistakes in my life, I thought I was past buying garbage electronics. I wanted a tablet to watch some TV on play some games maybe but it won't run directvnow, or Pokemon go, or even the Amazon App. I tried writing this review in the Amazon app and it hung, stuttered, and hung some more. Seriously this is just the shopping app. The system constantly freezes or hangs, it crashes most apps. Honestly this is a piece of garbage that I will never buy again and I'll do my best to steer people clear of this company. It's awful. It's the most frustrating device I've ever used. This should never be used for even the most innocuous of games. The calculator crashed I mean come on. Total waste of my money and time. I should start saving for a usable tablet right now. Their entire page is a huge lie. This thing is so unreliable a toddler would hand it back. I'd rather be stuck on a desert island alone than be stuck there with this thing. I have loads to say but I won't swear in a review.

I have a phone that costed about 10 times this, yet this device has a larger screen, more memory, more customization, and less bloatware. The sound quality is roughly the same, and honestly the only thing lacking other than the fact that this is a tablet, instead of a phone (phablet) would be the immense processing power other posters seem to be seeking. If you want to play the latest graphics intensive 3D games on your phone, I would look elsewhere for a device costing in the hundreds. If you are like most and simply want to enjoy some good music or movies on your phone, and have the ability to browse the net, take pictures, check your email, and the like, then this a good deal.Don't be frightened by the reviews saying its a piece of garbage, it's not. And no, I'm not given a discount to give an "honest" review. I have no dog in this.The only tip off I would give to be wary on, is the sound. Some earphones will work great, others not at all. If you just use the tablet's built in speakers, the sound quality is decent, but not particularly loud.Interestingly my cheapest earphones work best for this device, while the pricier ones seem to interfere with the sound.Hopefully this information helps someone.Update: The screen does seem to scratch very easily, so a screen protector may be advised.

I bought this based on the specs of the display, touted as 1920x1200, which is very impressive on a 7-inch tablet. My goal was to use this as a display attached to the Mavic Pro drone remote control. I received the item yesterday and it's being returned this morning.- EXTREMELY SLOW, which makes me doubt the specs listed as 1.5 GHz; Quad Core; DDR3.- FREEZES even right out of the box. Installed one app (for the drone) and it froze. Did Factory Reset and it froze at startup.- CAMERA was very laggy when panning.*That was all the test I did as I simply gave up on this product.* * * * * UPDATE * * * * * Upgraded to 3 Stars (1/13/2017)Customer Service immediately reached out to me upon my request to return for a refund.This alone gives me the confidence in them as a seller and I would definitely purchase from their storefront again.Thank you!

Look for something else. Very slow. Freezes often. Difficult to connect to wifi. Very disappointed.

Bought one of those a month ago. After one week using it I experienced some issues. The back of the tablet got very hot and it suddenly stopped working. It wouldn't charge. I had to set it to the factory config so it worked again. Also the screen cracked very easy in less than a month. Cheap but not worth it.

slow. would freeze after 90 min of youtube/netflix/hulu video. had to pair same bluetooth headphones after each restart.
