I bought a number of electronic products and this was the only one that the instructions were confusing and as far as i can tell not even accurate on how to even turn the massager on. (unusual combination of things had to do ...not just ONE power button. And it didn't even operate when did it in the order of how instructed to...it just didn't come on...but i did figure out HOW to get it on myself ... I don't think the product or instructions are user friendly . I did get it to work but not by following the directions that came with it...and not happy with it at all for other reasons that may be just my own preferences so if you like the description i think you should try it to see for yourself. I have it packed to return it now so not sure about this but i think the instructions may have been in poor english . so not easy to follow then, and in very small print too (But i could be wrong about those two points ..it was weeks ago when i got it . I think a good product would have excellent and easy to read instructions or isn't worth your time and says something about the quality of workmanship as well. so i am not keeping it. The other products ...electronic..including other massage tools/massagers for injury recovery, circulation, etc. were wonderful so i do not mind not keeping this one. and i would recommend any of the more well known products with established reputations if you don't want to be bothered with returns. but if you don't mind that it may be worth checking it out yourself.

I love it. My grandson took it from me. Easy to work. The power button should of been at the top. But it is awesome to me.

It’s not the best massager but it does work okay. It’s really heavy and the on/off button is in a bad location. While trying to change attachments, it kept turning on. It does feel nice but may consider spending a little more money for a lighter one that isn’t so difficult to maneuver.

Love it I recommend at the beginning it was a little hard to manage because I didnot know how to use it so many things happen I didnot know how to turn it the right way to open it or close it I could change the tool when I was turning to open it started going around and I had to stop it in one I didn’t lock it correct and the tool ended flying just look where it says open close the side it is telling to turn turn that side try not to touch the button and if you do just touch it again it would turn off and try to hold it firm without touching any button because it vibrates hard for it does not end up falling from your hands. This is my honest opinion I hope it helped someone.

This is the third massager I purchased, the first 2 had to be returned. I think this one is going to be a keeper, I purchased this for post lipo massaging at home(trying to save some money) so far so good, I’m 3 weeks post and still in a little pain so I’m glad the vibration is not super hard, my only complaint is that it’s kind of too heavy which makes it a little awkward to use.

Well-made product - but heavy, and not easily maneuvered on back of thighs or buttocks. I ended up returning it for this reason as those were my target regions.

Llevo menos de un mes usándola casi diario y funciona para la celulitis y para reducir grasa. No pensé que fuera a ver resultados tan pronto.El único punto negativo es que no dura tanto la carga, después utilizarla por lo general hay que cargarla.

What I dislike about the product is the charger isn’t suitable for England sockets!! Wouldn’t recommend!! I wish they had clearly stated what country it’s suitable for!! Am very disappointed.

I bought this item and am so dissapointed the plug is not for the UK . I am stuck not able to return the machine, or use it. Waste of money.
