This headset is simply amazing..from the RGB lights to the sound quality. I use this for gaming and work and I've had no issues. Mic quality is excellent and clients tell me I am crystal clear, the volume button on the headset is great as you can turn down individual callers, mute button is fantastic and the light on the mic is great as it alerts you if the mic is muted (light on-unmuted..light off-muted). They are also very comfortable and work well with glasses..I have no issue wearing them for 8 hours a day.

This is my FAVORITE headset so far that I have gotten! I loved it so much I bought one for my little SIL ❤️ My favorite features is that its wireless and I can load in to my games while walking around my house, the ear designs are interchangeable with magnets, and of course the different modes they have for the ears to light up 😬😬

I work-from-home at a U-Haul call center. I purchased these headphones because my original headset conked out on me and I thought these were cute and would be a fun addition to my desk. I watched a few YouTubers review these headphones and conduct microphone tests, which sounded great. They also did a sound test, again sounded great. So I decided to purchase them. When they arrived I immediately put them on. The ear cushions were amazing and soft. I did not feel any pressure around my ears with or without my glasses. I plugged them into my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 laptop to make sure the lights worked. I felt like a little kid looking at Christmas tree lights. Finally, I connected the headset my actual work laptop, Lenovo Yoga 7i. Again, computer detected them immediately and the lights still worked. I contacted the U-Haul IT department to make sure my microphone was good to go. That's when everything went bad. Once my computer was connected to U-Haul's VPN I could not hear anything the IT tech was saying and he could not hear anything I was saying. He did everything he could possibly think of, but ultimately came to the conclusion these headphones did not work with the VPN and VoIP system we use. So I had to return these headphones. Unfortunately, these my 3rd attempt of finding headphones that are compatible with U-Haul's VPN and VoIP system. Still on the hunt for affordable over-the-ear headset with microphone. At this point I do not care if they are wired or wireless as long as it has a USB-A connector or dongle.

The headphones themselves are great! But a few things to note, my package had two day delivery, was delayed twice and came in on the 5th day. First world problems I know but when I pay for prime and am expecting something on a certain day that is what I'm expecting, had it only been delayed one day It wouldn't have been too much of an issue.The other thing to note is that the connector for these headphones is a USB connector not an auxiliary, so keep that in mind.
