This rack might be fine for stiff women's heels, but will SEVERELY damage men's shoes. The shelves are cloth and sag in the middle, so the shoe is largely supported at just the heel and toe, while the weight bears down at the center and causes the shoe to flex in the middle. This has caused ALL of my dress shoes to undergo the type of CREASING AND WARPING you would see on decades-old shoes at the thrift shop. My shoes were UNRECOGNIZABLE after just a week's use. Totally wrecked. This rack has permanently damaged hundeds of dollars worth of my shoes

Shipped quickly and works was made out of thinner metal that I was hoping for and we have some that where cracked making it hard to put together but for the price it's good and it's what we need with large family. After we both got 10% off anything else in the store(2things) thought about ordering a second of there but since it was harder with some cracked did not do it. But worth the rice just hope it holds up.

They certainly do take good care of their customer, I asked for a small piece of part to replace the defected one, they send me another new rack instead, I am grateful, but they need to stop doing that in order to stay in business. The rack is just where my shoes want to be, very practical,I can place 4 to 5 pairs of shoes on one shelf, it looks nice and neat,elegant even!

Easy assemble and lots of space for your shoes!!! I split mine into 2 shoe racks. One downstairs near the door and the other half upstairs in my closet!!!

This shoe rack was perfect. I actually made it two smaller ones. I used these in my closet to get my shoes from being in just a pile on the floor. I have attached pictures.
