Not so simple to set up works well

I liked most things about this. But, we only put our camera out when we're traveling (it comes with to watch dogs in new places) and gone for longer than usual. Because it's out temporarily, we usually set it on a table. From a table, this one doesn't point down - towards a dog crate for example. It would have to be on the floor to see the whole room. It seems like it would have a great range of motion if it's mounted on the ceiling. Ok, just not right for us.

I bought this product several months ago and it mysteriously stopped working two months ago. It worked perfectly for the first 5.5 months and then one day I was checking in and app says camera offline. Since that day to current nothing is happening with this camera. I changed the locations, delete app and reinstall using new account info and still nothing. It’s not receiving any power or connection. It’s useless now and I cannot return it because the return window is closed. I guess the lifespan is 6 mths. I research troubleshooting but page isn’t loading any info.

Great value for the price. Works well. Made well. Easy to set- up.

It’s easy to install and use. I’ve had mine for a while now and it still does everything I need it too. Also the cloud features are great and cheap. I would definitely recommend this camera for indoors :)

The media could not be loaded.  I got his camera for the living room & front door.Pro: It’s can do 360 degree, so I can remotely control to view my whole living room. It has motion recording, if the motion is detected, the camera will recorder a 10 sec video and saved in the app. Two way talk. It meets the functions that I need.I recorded a video to test the night vision. Looks good to me.Little to improve: The camera can not turn like as whole circle, when you press to change the angle to the end, you need to press the opposite to bring it back.

My original Smart PTZ Camera Model X07 (X0032LSLZV) was a great unit with lots of cool features. It worked fine for almost a year but then suddenly it just stopped. I contacted LongPlus tech support and they contacted me back right away. After a few tests and checks that did not resolve the problem, the tech promptly sent me out a replacement camera. I was back up and running within a week. Thanks for standing behind your product with excellent customer service! I gave this product 5 stars because it exceeds my expectations of features for this price and because the support team was very good.

Easy to set up. Clear picture

This item was bought as a Christmas gift and we haven't used it only until this week as we have been away since Christmas and only now installing this camera. Unfortunately it isn't working and I am not sure how to go about getting this item refunded or warrantied due to it being purchased in August and its like 6-7 months since that date.

This camera went way beyond my expectations especially considering the low cost! I love that I can control this camera from outside the house and talk through it also!

Overall it's a good camera. Night vision works alright. The picture quality is not the best even when on HD. I like that you can move the camera side to side from the app. I did not like the set up of the camera as it was confusing and took an overly long time to set up with the app.
