LOVE these for my home gym. I feel the connection so much better than a normal grip. These move with me, are comfortable, very sturdy, and the color is killer. They lack adjustability, but look and feel very durable. I think they will hold up for a long time.

They feel great for the price. I would recommend them for a budget gym accessory.

Love the paddles. Definitely a cheaper alternative. The paddles are super stiff and don’t rotate easily, but I been using them for about a month now and they’re starting to loosen up in a good way, not a fall apart way. They’re built solid and love doing cable flies with them.

Amazing! Great quality and you can use them for so much, namely lat pulls, low rows, cable flys, and cable shrugs—basically anything that involves pulling.

I had heard so many home gym reviewers that I follow talk about how great this knock off version of the original from another company is that I finally decided to order it for myself. I do not own the original version that they copied to compare it to but I can speak on how this version performs. The angles of these handles are great for cable flys. They also work quite well for single hand pulls. The neutral grip of these handles combined with their specific curvature is what makes these so special. They provide comfortable ergonomic grips which help also with grip strength. Storing them when not in use is easy since they have a hook and carabiner per handle. Attaching them simply requires one carabiner per handle as well so it only takes a minute to be ready to use them. They are a heavy duty enough build that they should be able to handle even the heaviest of workouts.

I got these since Prime Fitness versions are insanely pricey. They feel alright but I honestly use them like once a month to try to get some use out of them but I always go back to some d handle or mag grip knockoff because it never feels quite right. Might just be personal opinion but I would reconsider getting these over some more generic handle options unless you have a purpose already in mind for these.

These have my Lats screaming a lot more than a traditional lat bar. A must for anyone with a cable machine.

Item arrived missing the heavy-duty snap hooks that were supposed to come with it. Without them, it’s not very useful and feels incomplete. Quality seems okay otherwise, but the missing parts make it frustrating. Double-check your order when it arrives.

If you are into fitness and equipment, you probably know Prime fitness equipment. Great products and built. On the expensive side. If you can’t or don’t want to spend that much for a pair of handle, these are good quality. Great for all pulling motion and allows you to load a bit more your back while sparring your forearms.

I have never used the Prime version of these so it’s difficult to compare, however I have absolutely no complaints. Had them for around 1 month and can’t fault the build quality, which I hope will stand up. They add another dimension to training in that for me anyway have removed the need to use straps when heavy pulling. I can feel the exercise far more on the targeted muscle rather than my grip. Also work well on my functional trainer for chest flyes. Overall I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend
