Wonderful product. Very refreshing for high exertion activities or just daily hydration. Much better, cleaner, and more complete than the big name electrolyte drink that everyone knows. The lemonade flavor is really delicious, no bitter or chalky aftertaste, it tastes just like actual lemonade. Contrary to some opinions, I think the value for price is quite good if you buy the 90 serving can. That comes to about 53 cents per serving, which is great for what it provides. I look forward to trying some other flavors, but I could be satisfied with just using the lemonade.

You may think the price of this product is expensive but, when you see how long it lasts, it's an amazing value. The nice part about this electrolyte balance is that everything is healthy good quality products and it's much better for you to drink this than it is to keep drinking those sugary sports drinks because this has no added sugar. The instructions suggest that you princess daily and add a scoop or two to your water to boost your electrolytes and minerals but, my experience is calm if you take too many electrolytes, you'll have diarrhea and sometimes nausea. I'm not a doctor in or do I endorse or give any medical advice but I will just tell you what I've done that works for me and that is, I take my 32 oz water bottle and I'll just put in a half a scoop. I love this drink mix. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but I've tried less expensive electrolyte drink mixes in the past and they aren't as good tasting, nor are the ingredients as high quality as this. Not only is this drink mix delicious, it's sugar free, and very refreshing. It also mixes well just using a spoon. I will definitely buy this again.

Very refreshing and the lemonade is not sweet. I love it. I just got the canister with scoop and feel it is a better deal. It will be a great summer drink!
