Warning? Do all red yeast rice products contain dangerous chemicals ?

No but some products dont have the actual ingredient fermented rice. I use this product and saw my total cholesterol go from 272 to 235. Happy with this product.

Is this red yeast rice extract?

I have been taken red yeast rice for years and I have the cholesterol numbers to show its effectiveness with almost no side effects. In my case, it has affected the quality of my sleep for the first week or so, nothing major but a lighter /less deep sleep. This said, it is also recommended that you take a pause in between treatments as it becomes less effective. For instance, you take a jar, one pill a day for 3 months and then rest for 1 or 2 months. I would recommend to consult with a Licensed Natupathic Doctor in your state.

Is this a pill or a capsule?

It's a gelatin capsule... pretty sure it's vegan but not 100% so don't quote me.

Is the red Yeast rice harvested in China?

It's made in the USA, so I would assume it would be harvested here as well.
