Great concept
This thing is mostly great. There is some room for improvement in the design, but it works pretty awesome. The only suggestion I have is to improve the latches to make it easier to open and close. They are tough to operate and since both your hands and the unit are wet it is pretty tricky. They should also add some external indicators to help with aligning the top and bottom. We didn’t have ours aligned perfectly and accidentally broke one of the plastic clips that hold it together. .

good mechanism, but messed-up wiring harness connestor
Slight fit issues, but may have been related to the non-OEM windshield housing.However...There was one glaring problem, inasmuch as the wiring harness plug-in, which drove me nuts until I did a connector trace on the OEM and the new wiper motor's connector.What I found was that the wiper motor connectors had been wired "mirror image", so that only 1 speed worked, and the motor case was "hot" when hooked up. Once I figured it out, all I did was cut off the exterior latch on the connector, so that I could rotate it 180 degrees and plug it in. once we did that everything worked fine.Of course, we labeled the harness with a note and firmly taped the connector so it wouldn't back out.

The Parts Player replacement motor was a perfect fit for the YJ
Bought this item for my 95 Jeep YJ. The Parts Player replacement motor was a perfect fit for the YJ. It was the exact size and installation was easy. The wire lead was slightly longer than my original which greatly helped during installation. After testing the low, intermittent and high speed, all worked properly. The only drawback was the high speed was slower than expected and slower speed than original. Overall, this is a quality product and I would recommend for replacement part for all YJ's. Quick ship and on time!

Does Not come with male adapter
The picture indicates that an additional connector to adapt to vehicle harness came with it. It did not.
