Pro: Plug into my Virtuoso Corsair headset perfectly and the sound quality is great.Con: I doesn't come with mute button on microphone which isn't a deal breaker, still works great.

Quality is alright, puffy replacement is nice to have, port is super snug and tight. I am returning this product though because it gives an insane amount of static noise for my headset.

Plugs in but no mute button and sound is crap

I buy these because the OEM Corsair mics tend to die after a while with normal use. These also tend to die after a while, but for the price (about half the cost of a genuine mic from Corsair) I buy several to keep on hand for when a mic goes bad. Sound quality seems about as good as the original. Overall I would recommend, so long as you know you aren't getting a genuine Corsair mic.

I had to replace the mic on my Corsair headphones and the manufacturer was out of stock. So, I bought this. As stated in numerous reviews, there is no mute button on the mic. It also doesn't light up like the original mic that came with my headphones. The sound quality is okay. The strange thing is it didn't fit into my headphones very well. It seemed just a tad too big for the slot. I forced it in, and it works okay. After about three days my mic stopped working. I saw the mic had slightly popped out of the slot for it.I used it for a week and then it broke. I'm not angry. It was cheap. But it is probably better to find a OEM for a permanent replacement.

Perfect fit, not loose, friends said it sounds good

Significantly worse quality than the original but serviceable if you’ve lost it and can’t afford the overpriced aftermarket for the original mic.

Was a really tight fit almost too tight, cant get any sound to go through at all…
