These are good , and work. I originally got them several years ago to relieve anxiety and they do . I started with other brands before I found these ones which have minimum ingredients. ( Now I realise they are more important for other things too metabolically . ...) - usually I just take one when I wake early in the morning about 5amish . Very very occasionally I will take another later on . You might need more ie 2 a day depending on weight etc . I now rebuy these and when I didn't take one having run out I did notice it . I am only too happy to stick with these . You can actually buy choline and inositol as powders , but I like the definite dosage of a capsule . Definitely worth buying ( NB I also find Theanine a very useful supplement for various reasons including its an anxiolytic )

This stuff is fantastic, I take it when I eat and it helps alot, defo gas helped my insulin levels abs helped me lose abit of weight but you gotta take it every day to see the effcet, defo when you take it everyday nakesure to bring some with you if your going out for a meal, I get a bit of a tummy ache if I don't take em after I eat, been taking then for a year and very much rate this- much cheaper then Holland and barrot Hang in there with your pcos! It will get better step by step!

Initially bought to see if they would help with weight loss, but by day 4, I experienced a huge change in my mental health. I have energy for the first time in my life and feel like my black cloud has been lifted. I have PTSD and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and cannot even express how much these have helped. Did it help with weight loss? Not really. But the other effects on my life have been drastic and incredible. Very very happy :-)
