Exactly as described, cheap, and super easy to change. But I didn't notice any benefits in the rattle or stiffness categories. Giving it 4 stars instead of 3, though, because the fact that I already have a Hard Dog rollbar might have negated any of the potential benefits.

I read good reviews for this product on other sites, so I thought I would try it. Buying on Amazon was more convenient than other vendors.After install, my door noise over small and medium bumps was completely gone, and my door vibration from speaker volume had even decreased. It probably doesn't stiffen the chassis a whole lot overall, but the more quiet ride was an absolutely awesome improvement! Best $50 I have spent on my Miata.
