Keeps my hot tub clean.
Love this product and have used it for several years. Just two adults using the tub and we change this when we change water about every 6 mo. A little chlorine when we use the tub and no worries about water quality in between

This works so well. Pool RX. for SPA's
Okay..how does this little item work so well? I have tried TONS of different products to try to keep our SPA clean. I have had so many issues. We have Well water with a low Ph and some Iron. My Brother In-Law recommended this..he has one for his pool. His pool is perfect. I am amazed.I have no idea why but this has made our Spa water look great. I have had to tweek a few fills with a chemical but this item has changed everything. So simple too. Thank you.

Does not work with a bromine hot tub!
All the directions kept talking about chlorine. There was no mention of bromine. So I wrote them to ask if it would work in a bromine hot tub? Customer service quickly got back to me and said their product does not work with bromine. It's a great procuct and I need something to control the algae. I sure wish it worked with my hot tub!

Didn't work and very toxic
Although you can read the warnings on the front of the package by mousing over the picture at the Amazon site, I didn't notice them and the really scary stuff is on the back. For example, "Corrosive. Causes irreversible eye damage. ... Wear goggles ...Remove and decontaminate clothing before reuse." This level of toxicity should be called out clearly in the product description. The second issue was that it didn't work for us. We put about half a teaspoon of chlorine in our spa after each use. If we go a few days without doing that, it clouds up. I thought this would help, but all it did was make the water sort of green, which it has never been before. When we went back to the old method, the clarity was restored.

It works
I like the chemical controls that this product supports. I do think it's way overpriced.
