Weighted Vest
I only use it for walking as I don’t know how I’d feel about moving when I ran. But for walking it’s been perfect for my needs.

Great weight for a good sweat but....
It’s good for a good cardio session that doesn’t envolve jumping , it needs improvements on the latches and scraps! It’s too loose , so it bounces up and down when doing jumping jacks or even running. Also it’s starts to rust around the stitching after a few weeks of intense workouts . I’ll rate it a 7/10.

Came apart in 6 months
Vest was great at first I only used it on static movements and In 6 moths it tore and pellets are falling out all over. Really really frustrated can’t get a basic quality vest.

Don't get any more than 20lbs.Un less you're Charles Atlas, I'm 6ft 210 I walk 3 miles with it and that's enough..
