Got pregnant first month of use
Itâs easy to use and quick to get a result, sometimes I missed the 2 hour testing window and didnt get reading everyday, but it still gave me pretty good prediction on my ovulation day. Itâs a bit of work since it requires us to use almost every day except the days with period. I was also using Inito at the same time because I donât want waste time on testing which tracker is better. I was using Inito to test my first pee in the morning and then Kegg at night for mucus thickness. Both gave me similar fertile window before my ovulation, and I was following the app suggested days to TTC. Works like a charm!

Works great!
Bought this in October and got pregnant in December! I have PCOS, so LH strips didnât do any good for me. I followed other tracking apps and I believe we missed ovulation every month until we got kegg! Best money spent!

Was not helpful.
Unsure about fertility products so I used Kegg, Inito, and Oura simultaneously to see what worked and what didnât. Kegg was cheaper, with only the upfront cost of the items and not having to buy expensive boxes of Initoâs hormone reading sticks. The item itself physically âworkedâ, it took my readings and downloaded easily, easy to use. But my readings never changed throughout the monthâŠ. Like never changed. It gave me a window for ovulation, but you can also just guess that based off my cycle history. This felt like a hoax with poor quality and never amounted to anything. While Inito and Oura were more expensive, they helped me time everything perfectly and understand easily what my body was going through to a T. I do not recommend Kegg whatsoever.

4 years TTC 1st try and BOOM
I still cant believe it... As I write this shakely today, IM PREGNANT đ I've been doing it for 4 years unprotected (not trying to get pregnant) with my husband and never crossed my mine why i hadn't gotten pregnant without protection til this year. And i saw my doctor that apparently said i had been diagnosed with PCOS as of 2 years ago and i was like hmm never knew this soooo now what do i do. She did place me in metformin for my insulin resistance and i had nurses recommend i take myo-inositol and ive been doing thar for hormonal balance to get my periods back on track (the reason they had diagnosedme with pcos 2 years ago for irregular, which i was aware of). I did live with the thought of damm if i have been careless for 4 years and didnt get pregnant i never will now. I came across kegg and said why not what more do i gotta lose. I used it for 2 period cycles but honestly didn't try aiming for the sexual part til my second cycle and honestly I'm surprised that it only took first try to get pregnant. I'm shocked and this really did work for me. It was easy and simple and none of those extra subscriptions. It is easy to understand the chart as it goes. The highest green is your go to for sex the blue shows ovulation possibilities but your goal is do it on the green the higher the better. The last couple days I didn't test because we went camping and I forgot my device but came back last night and today decided take a pregnancy and yall know the outcome đ„°

Still on my first cycle, so i haven't completed the first yet. But I am excited..
Well this has picked up a 'fertility' impedance when my opks still haven't gone positive. Even though it's been a wavy score.. I still haven't hit a peak. Based on information available, opks might just not always be reliable for people with pcos. So I am showing a text book blunted ovulation based on the information this has given me. However, I am still on my first cycle. While you can't use the prediction for the first cycle. All of the other information like mucus and impedance remains relevant. So while i'm still like 'omfg where's my ovulation' we will see what happens in 2 weeks, if I get my period or am positive pregnancy test. If i'm 'late' with my period, i will come back and update with the actual results. So this 'did' record the impedance and mucus outside of my fertility window. Which should be around 80-85% accurate even though my bbt didn't spike (which happens when you have a blunted ovulation, your bbt can avoid showing a clear spike - but makes subtle changes instead aka a slow rise) Using 'all' available data from opk low recordings, bbt recordings, mucus recordings and impedance (using their numbers as a scale for record) a.i says that the above is the case. Even when premom keeps pushing my ovulation back and back because it relies only on bbt to confirm ovulation, needing a .4 minimal rise for 3 days.

Nor for abnormal cycles
I feel like it was guessing most of the time and only had info when I added my period. It also doesnât work if your cycle is too long or if you have abnormal cycles. Itâs only for âperfectâ cycles which is not why most people would want this device. It did not help me get pregnant. It was however easy to use, but limited information for interpretation it just told you yay or nay with arbitrary numbers that have no basis in reality.

Worth the investment
Iâve been back and forth ordering this device for a while due to the cost. Finally took the plunge and ordered in early October. Very first cycle, with help of the facebook group, I was able to identify my valley which was 3 days before my positive LH test. My ovulation dates are unpredictable with PCOS, so it was nice having an identifier during the high fertility window! Weâve been TTC for about 8 months and the first cycle of using the Kegg, we got out positive test result at 8 DPO! I truly believe the Kegg had a huge part with helping us identify our window compared to the good old LH test strips! 10/10- Highly recommend to anyone with PCOS who struggles finding their fertility window.
