Questionable quality and durability
Received package after approximately a week. After installing and turning it on, it lasted maybe 10 secs before burning out. Sent it back, and they sent another unit. After installation, the entire area had a very unusual odor, very chemical. Thankfully,, the odor dissipated overnight. This item carries a one year warranty, but I question whether it’ll last that long. I will have paperwork and documentation ready and available if the lamp dies earlier.The only positive about this experience is that this lamp had a plastic/ceramic base, while The original lamp had a metal base. The difference is that with the white plastic ceramic base you could actually tell if the lamp is on. In the original lamp the metal was base, and you could not tell if the lamp was on or.
