Pump does not operate
My original problem with the car was erratic fuel level indications on the gas gauge. While searching out the fuel level sending unit I discovered that a new pump with a new sending unit was nearly the same price as the sending unit alone. After spending several hours working with an open gas tank can you imagine my disgust when the pump failed to operate. I had to reopen the gas tank, remove this defective pump and re-install my old pump with the erratic sending unit to get the car running again.

Gas efficiency improved
Gas efficiency has improved tremendously from 12 miles a gallon to up to 29 miles a gallon sometime. Had so many misfire codes. Decided to replace everything related to a code. Running so much better incoordination with new coil packs, spark plugs, fuel pump, catalytic exhaust replacement. Purchasing the parts on Amazon and good mechanic friend made it affordable.

Does not fit 2003 Nissan Murano
The connector is wrong for 2003 Nissan Murano. I installed it with so much effort and finally tried to connect the connector. It does not connect. The pins inside the male connect on the pump does not line up with the slots in the harness female connector. What a loss of time and effort for a DIYer!

Great fit and finish
This part has a better fit and finish then a identical part I bought at Autozone. I had to return my autozone pump due to bad fit for the electrical (the pins were slightly to low). Considering the Autozone part was $150, this product is amazing!
