One of the best
I usually don't give up to find the right product for my needs, this is one of them. I have tried at least 5 different ones. From $175 $100, $80, $60 and now $40, expensive does not mean to be a good product any more.I am 42 years old, I work like a machine where my boss "I WANT IT TO BE DONE YESTERDAY, NOT NOW!!!".That would add up my bad health condition as skipping my meals. This year won't be like that and this device is very convience where I can tests right on my desk, at the machinery without taking my shirt out and put it on my upper arm. Most man don't write a long review like this and if I do, it must be a true worthy words.

Decent accuracy, Convenient to use
The monitor gives (for me) a little "out-stretched" results (systolic a bit high, diastolic a bit low), (this is by comparison with my arm cuff monitor). But, typically, no more than 5 mm Hg, and it seems consistent. So, knowing this, I adjust the readings accordingly. But, it is more convenient to use than arm cuff, can be used at night (LED display), and in bed. It inflates fast (does not tire your wrist when you take more measurements).Sine some customer state that the readings are inconsistent, jump high and low, so, here is how I do it - (1) sit/lay still 5 min. before getting the reading, (2) hand stretched out (not bent toward the heat, as on instruction picture - this restricts blood flow, (3) hold my hand fingers stretched out (not bent). (4) position the middle of wrist band on the heart level.

Easy to Use with Quick Transfer to iPhone App
In the past I've used several other digital blood pressure monitors, including one with bluetooth connection to my iPhone. It worked (most of the time) but overall was inconsistent with the transfer process. Because my blood pressure has become more inconsistent recently I wanted a device that was accurate, easy to use and had a consistent and easy-to-use records transfer to my iPhone. This MOCACuff Bluetooth Blood Pressure Monitor "checks all the boxes". And I found the price on Amazon to be good value for all the features the device provides.I can now easily and quickly take my BP several times each day and as soon as the cuff completes the measuring process, without turning it off, I put it back in the case, zip it shut and then open up the app on my phone. From there it is a matter of tapping the device select button (in Step 1 photo). Next, if the MOCACuff connection to the phone is not immediately made instructions are shown for getting it connected (in Step 2 photo) and as soon as the Bluetooth connection is successful the "Sync in progress" notification is shown (in Step 3 photo). By leaving the MOCACuff ON when I put it in the storage container (shown in first photo) it will do an auto OFF process in several minutes but this provides enough time to open the app on my phone and as soon as I tap the device button in Step 1 the connection is successfully completed and the next screen to be displayed is Step 3. This is so much easier than my previous device! Well done, MOCACuff! As mentioned in the device instructions, it is extremely important to keep your wrist at heart-level while the measurement is being made. I checked the results with MOCACuff against my other digital device and they both produce the same results.I also like that the readings immediately become part of the Apple Health records and show up in that app.

Mocacuff wrist cuff
Not sure its the most accurate, changes quite a bit, but overall works well. A tip on the app, download it on your phone, use the device, go to phone app hit the device button at the bottom of the app and then hit the device you are using and it automatically uploads. Don't try to sync in the settings on the phone, thats not how it works.

Bad software.
Bad software. I uploaded the software and it would not allow me to enter my personal information. I there were no clear instructions and I was unable to complete the set up.

Great case but monitor has a few issues.
The best part about this monitor is the case that came with it. The accuracy is good and it is easy to use. What I do not like is the following. This monitor goes through batteries. I get about one month of use. We have been extremely careful to turn off the monitor before putting it back in the case. The monitor take an unusual length of time to read the blood pressure. I am looking forward to getting a new monitor. The best part is, I can reuse the case for my new monitor. I have never has a blood pressure wrist monitor with the 2 issues I have with this monitor.

Easy to use, nice design, connects to Bluetooth app seemlessly
This is a nice device, which is easy to read. This has been the easiest app & device to use that I've owned.Best part is it connects first time, with Bluetooth app.I can't say this for other BP devices or Weighing Scales, I've owned.Delivery was promt also.I can't verify the accuracy as I've no means of calibration or comparison.

Easy to use, effective and good to record data
Really good bp monitor. So easy to use the kids even like pressing the buttons. I upload the results to my iPhone which records and displays a histogram. When I go to the docs I can just automatically email the graphs to myself and print them out. Would definitely recommend for someone wanting to easily monitor their bp.

Inaccurate very misleading readings
The incurracy is dangerous to users. My systolic is around 170 and have been recently hospitalized with systolic readings exceeding 200+.MOCaCuff shows around 140. I might have a stroke if I rely on MOCuff. I compare readings with other machines this dangerous inaccuracy is obvious. Inaccurate machines say outside plus minus 5% should not be in themarket. I am aware of the reading disparity between left/right wrist and with upper arm machines but it should be within acceptable range

Looks really nice and neat and accurate
I liked the colour, big fonts and accuracy and it's easy to use and has lovely little protective case, it also fits nicely around wrist. Haven't got round to using wireless part, but this is something to explore and available when needed. Didn't like that it was a bit bulky, I wanted something slimmer and smaller, but for the price this was the best I found and they all seem fairly big in comparison. Overall a good decision to buy, very pleased
