I got it for my mother who has constant knee pain. She wears it every day. I tried two other similar products on Amazon, but in my experience this is the only one that doesn't need to be plugged in or needs a power bank while in use and it actually heats up well enough. Once charged (I leave it for charging overnight) the battery lasts for about 2 hours if heat and vibration are used on the medium setting. My only complaint I have is that it takes fairly long to charge and it lasts for a comparatively shorter time period, but then again, I can't compare it to my phone battery that takes only 40 mins to charge and lasts all day. Overall a very good product. Ordered two more.

The heat works great and the vibration feature is a really nice addition. Not having to have it plugged in to use is an awesome feature.
