It's a so so product..
I along with my family have found this product somewhat dry, which lessened the taste. We tried it for chutney with idli & dosa and added to cabbage fry(as we like to taste). May be, this is why it was labeled as "Low Fat..."(?). Anyway, it's a so so product. (My earlier purchase- coco mama willow.....one was better)

Typical KLF excellent standards
Awesome product in great packing (in case you wanna carry it on a journey or in a luggage). Priced at 184/kg to 199/kg is great as compared to anything else available. We need the powder with less oil and this one meets our needs beautifully. I add this dessicated coconut to laddoos, burfies, halwa, jhaal moori and more. Great taste, good freshness.

Inconsistent and poor quality
I ordered it twice. The second purchase was horrible. No good coconut taste, totally insipid and bland taste. Coconut oil has totally been extracted from it. Poor quality overall and money wasted.
