So far so good with this generic aftermarket-branded tactical vest. The kids at our local Nerf war found that this vest works like the other vests that we use. Some liked the desert camouflage design pattern on it, as most other vests are a solid black base color. Darts are held tight enough to stay put, and loose enough to be pulled out right away. The price is good compared to the official tactical Nerf vests, but this generic vest comes by itself and not with the 6-Dart magazines and carabiner clip that the official vests come with (not that you will be missing these accessory trimmings or anything).

Fits well my 9 years old son of medium build, there are Velcro straps to adjust, the only problem I see is the lack of options for the mega bullets, you have to use the pockets. I am not sure how long it will last, I will update after some use.

I guess you get what you pay for... we hung them up outside to air them out. If that doesn’t work I’ll be returning the two vests i bought.
