Product has changed - does not match description
Product has changed and no longer matches description. The earlier product which I ordered and loved was as described 75% merino. A fine sock. This is 45% merino and feels like a coarse synthetic fiber sock. I miss the old socks. Wah.

Best liner sock around
I love these socks. I have 5 pairs. They are my go to summer hiking sock and my winter liner sock. I've worn them with mountaineering boots, hiking boots and regular hiking shoes. I've never had a blister with them. The Coolmax fabric does a great job managing sweat too mitigate blisters. Don't take my word for it though. They are also sold by American Alpine Institute and they don't sell anything they don't trust.

Comfortable feet all weekend!
Wore under a pair of wool hiking socks on a 14 hour, 160-mile bike ride--as well as 3-day camping trip--in 30-55F degree weather. They did a fantastic job of regulating temperature and sweat. When my feet would normally be cold, they were comfortably warm, and when my feet definitely should have been hot and swampy, they felt slightly warm, mostly dry, and weren't at all itchy. Also, almost no odor after three days without taking them off. Excellent value for the price!

No excuse for quality this poor
After wearing these sock liners ONCE, one of them developed a hole. There is no excuse for quality this low for a pair of socks that cost over $11. I washed them only one time (using then gentle/delicate setting on my washing machine) and did not put them in my dryer. I have 5-year-old socks purchased for $8 for a 10-pack from Walmart that have been washed, dried, and worn hundreds of times - and they are still going strong. I'm returning them immediately for a full refund from Amazon.

Good but not perfect
I'm a fan of merino wool socks and these ones are good. The only issue I've run into with them is that they tend to tear fairly easily if I'm not extra careful with them. I still recommend them and have purchased them repeatedly.

Merino Wool! Natural Antibacterial To Combat Those Stinky Digits!
I use these with Darn Tough OTC Extra Cushion Sock and my feet still fit in all my footwear. Very pleased. They work great. No complaints if I try to think of any. I also own a pair of Lorpen Coolmax liners and you see I only wish they labeled or styled them in such a way I COULD TELL A DIFFERENCE. Not a big deal though as I'm sure they're interchangable/what affect the outcome of anything but sure does makes me question what Lorpen was thinking.

Just right for women's booties
I purchased 8 pairs of these for wearing with my leather booties in Houston, TX winter months. The liners are all I need. They keep my feet both cool and warm without taking up a lot of room. I wash them in a laundry bag with delicate soap and hang to dry. They stay up and don't cause my feet to swell. I have nothing but high praises for these.

These are " Great " !
I purchased these for a liner under my wader socks, and being merino wool and a light weight might make a good match. This is the best warmth and comfort sock for this application, I am so pleased with these socks and recommend them highly.
