Wow I only take 2 every night 3 makes me tired or groggy the next day so 2 is perfect; but even with 2 I feel great I’m recovering faster and feel like I’m on a test cycle lol I’m confident and slightly cocky and feel strong and energetic all day . I’m 41 I look young still but sometimes I feel like my age ways me down but lately on these I went from doing 50 pound incline and straight bench dumbbell presses to 70 on each hand I’m back ! I feel like I’m naturally a strong guy but when I was younger I was super strong for my size and this brought me back to my strength potential I remember . I'm wary about supplements. With that being said, ZMA is supposed to help with sleep.

まだ、正確にはわからないですが、効果があるような感じはします。 ちょっと飲み込むときに、カプセルが大きいかな❓と言う感じはしますが飲み込めないまではないです。

I have no problem with swallowing any meds, I can even have multiples at the same time but this one is so hard to swallow. I'm drinking water and it's still not helping, I feel like I'm chocking everytime.

飲み続けましたが 僕には効果はありませんでした。
