Great tent/canopy for parties and events, BEST customer service
Instructions combining with marked parts made it easy to assemble. My buddy came to help me to put it together, the first hour I did it by myself (till my friend come). I laid all the parts in the ground and started to assemble the top. As soon as he arrived we started the legs and cover. Total build time was 3 hours. Disassemble the unit I got little lazy and hire 2 helpers, 3 of us made it just under an hour.I had one of the poles bend (my fault), I contacted the company and they send me replacement parts right away (no questions). Really happy with the customer service.The only downside - it is heavy! (I guess it has to be)

Es una buena inversión ya que el servicio al cliente de este producto te alluda si tienes algún problema de forma amigable y profesional, si nesesitas remplazar alguna parte , seme doblo un tubo pero fue mi culpa y me alludaron así no perdí mi inversión,la uso para mi taqueria móvil, es fácil de montar y la calidad me sorprende yo ya la e puesto y quitado 8 veces y sigue igual

Great Customer Service
What a great company! They really helped me out in a pinch. I needed a tent and I ordered but not realizing the credit card on file was one that was compromised and was not valid. The shipping was delayed. I needed it for my husbands celebration of life. They shipped asap and the Celebration was a success. Was really impressed with the product. Thank you.

Arrived damaged and tarp wouldn’t stay in some places/zippers broken
Well it looked good in the photos and all but once in hand the assembly was cut short when we realized our tarp/ cover had arrived damaged with broken zippers, the Velcro did not stay no matter what in some places allowing drafts in; making the whole tent useless for our outdoor family gathering. Disappointed with the quality of the cover. Sturdy frame tho. Returning this will probably be a pain too.

Good product if used in pretty weather. Not really sturdy in a lot of wind. Made nice weather only.

It took a while to assemble but it was very sturdy and withstood a storm with no issues! Perfect size for church VBS!!!
