I'm not sure it does what you want it to do. I've been working on reducing my double chin for almost a year now and this is one thing that I have been using. So I've been doing really good at reducing my double chin but I really don't think this has done anything. It's such a nice thought that it could, but I think the only way to truly get rid of a double chin is losing weight and doing neck exercises.

I’ve been using this for 2 weeks now and I think it makes a difference, especially if I wear it to sleep at night. It’s easy to use and put on, not uncomfortable, and the color is cute.I’m going to continue to use this. I haven’t had a chance to use it consistently everyday, but it’s great to wear to bed and my face definitely looks slimmer and on days I don’t use it, I can see my neck and chin area appears more swollen. I would definitely recommend using this everyday for over an hour if you want to see results fast!

This is easy to use and comfortable. I have used some that were scratchy but this one is smoothe and much cooler to wear. This not only helps with double chin but can be used as an anti-snore strap as well. It works well and I don’t have to use other straps or lip tapes that can be so expensive! Well worth the money!!

I don’t know how others have been wearing this for the allotted time, let alone sleeping in it, as I can’t get past a few minutes in the thing. Perhaps I have a smaller than average chin as there is no way I can wear it without it strangling me. It digs into my throat no matter what I do. I don’t even know if it would actually work as the only place it is worthy of going is in the bin.
