Have been buying these a few times, seem good quality and no complaints

Only magnesium supplement we use! I like that these are capsules instead of tablets. I only take one about 30-40 minutes before I want to sleep and sleep like a baby! No groggy morning feeling and I feel well rested. My 14 year old has trouble sleeping and I also give him one capsule at night. Magnesium is so much better for your body than melatonin which is not good for long term use, especially in kids.

This made a huge difference in my well-being, however I notice I did not have to take it everyday. I would say do want works for you.
