Treadmill
This is a well made treadmill however if you have never used a manual treadmill (like I had) I would not recommend it. It takes a lot of muscle power and the gait is not even it feels as if you will roll off the treadmill. Go to the gym or buy an electric treadmill.

Affordable,easy to use
Putting the Treadmill together was pretty simple.Took me about 1h and 15 minutes to do so with my short attention span.Make sure to read the manual (very important).Using this Treadmill requires some willpower.However,within 10 minutes I was sweating really bad and my knees started hurting . it's going to take me sometime.
