We already have a digital hardness tester but we’re interested in seeing how accurate an analogue one would be. The main use we have for these is tied to scientific research, we work in the refrigeration industry and one of the things we do is look at how the different fruit storage technology’s prolong a frites life span, so these types of equipment support our research immensely. The hardness tester it’s very simple to use and produces reliable accurate results (with a small margin of error but acceptable and within tolerance). The items all come in a handy sized storage box which is easy to pop in the lab cupboard. Great product and very useful.
