This is horrible to use as a first cleanser. It barely took my make up off and gave me an allergic reaction. My top eyelid is swollen. If you are looking to use something to actually take off your make up try Clinique take the day off cleansing balm.

Bottle is on the small size for the price. Like the cooling feeling. Goes in fast. Leaves the skin soft. Not the best at cleaning of its kind.

I’m a big fan of micellar water so I was excited to try this product. You just smooth it over your face and lightly rub it in to get rid of makeup and dirt. I then use one of my soft makeup remover cloths to take it off. It’s kind of like using a cream to take off your makeup, only not as heavy. After I lightly wipe it off, I use a toner pad to remove any extra and that works well for my dry skin. I like the light fresh scent of this and that it takes off makeup without drying my skin. I just think it’s a bit expensive compared to the micellar waters that I’ve tried. It works a bit better but it’s still a bit expensive to me. But I do like it and will definitely continue using it.

This product blew me away with the formula. From the starting consistency, I was a little skeptical how exactly this gel cleanser would be taking off my makeup and was pleasantly surprised that it removed a good amount. What surprised me the most however, was how sensitive the formula was and I was actually able to clean off my eye makeup with this gel, which I never had in mind or expected for this product because I have severely sensitive eyes (even water makes them burn). This is the first time I've ever been able to get a good clean on my eyelashes and eyelid and even did a little bit close to my water line without any pain. And I have paid good money for other products that were equally pricey to do so! Other micellear waters have not been able to achieve that yet, however sensitive. This is a big win in my books! Although a con I would say is the retail price is a bit high. However it's really big and comes in a good amount. Being able to safely and painlessly clean my eyelashes oh well supporting a black owned business makes it worth it to me! Once I get through this bottle, which should last me quite a while as I use other face washes for other things, it is worth it to me to repurchase another.

I really love the texture of this and how it feels on my skin. It's sort of like using a cooling gel serum to remove your makeup. However, it doesn't do an amazing job. My skin feels comfortable leaving this on for awhile before rinsing (unlike most micellar waters), but it's ultimately not all that effective at its main purpose, which is makeup removal. It especially struggles with mascara.
